We design workplaces and measure what is usually left unmeasured: air, light, noise, ergonomics. The layout follows how the company actually works, not a guess.
Office design project — from 15,000 KZT per m².
The rate depends on the area and goes down as it grows: above 1,000 m² the price per metre is lower and calculated individually.
Minimum project value — 5 million KZT.
The final cost is fixed once we have the floor plans and the brief.
Engineering sections — HVAC, electrical and lighting, low-current systems, fire safety — are priced separately and depend on the set of systems.

The full cycle before work starts on site, including engineering sections and the technical survey, takes 45–60 working days.

An ordinary project answers one question: how will it look. We answer a second one: how will it work on people.
Before the layout we measure the environment with instruments and survey the staff: air quality, illumination, noise levels, workplace ergonomics.
In our measurements of Almaty offices CO₂ reaches 1,481 ppm against a norm of 1,000. That is the stuffiness after lunch, the drowsiness and the late-afternoon mistakes that almost nobody connects to the room — they are blamed on the people.
A measurement turns an argument about taste into a conversation about numbers: where people sit too densely, where there is not enough light, where meeting rooms eat the quiet of the open space.
Payment by stage: 50% advance, 30% once the concept is approved, 20% on handover of the documentation.
Twelve-month warranty on completed works.
Weekly photo and video reports against the schedule, with a dedicated project manager.
Author supervision on site, so that what gets built is what was designed. Provided free of charge when the construction contract is placed with us.
